Colour Me! #69 – Get Well Soup-er Soon Shaker

Welcome! This week I’m playing along with Team Hayley’s Colour Me!…Challenge. We’re using red, pink, and teal–

I created a cheerful get well soup-er soon card. Make sure to watch my video to see how I made it.

I hope I’ve inspired you to play along with us! Make sure to visit the other Colour Me designers who are just overflowing with inspiration–

Thanks for dropping by this week! Until next time,

  1. Love this shaker card =)
And i really like to watch your coloring videos. Im thinking about to purchase them too, but im not sure if i can handle them.
    Greetings from germany,

    1. Hi Selene–I have to tell you that I would consider myself creative, but not artistic. Everything I’ve learned about colouring has been from other crafters and YouTube videos. I really truly believe that colouring with alcohol markers is easy enough for anyone to do! If you’re not sure if you’ll get in to it, I would suggest just starting out with a few marker to play and practice with. A word of warning though, it’s pretty addictive!

Before getting the fancier Spectrum Noir markers, I bought myself a 36-pack of Bic Mark-It markers. They aren’t great markers, but they’ll give you a feel for things and allow you to experiment.

Thanks so much for your kind words!

  2. Wow! These images are so adorable, but then you’ve turned it into a three-tiered shaker, LOVE! Soup-er card!

  3. Lol! I got a kick out of Leanne’s comment….souper cute! She’s totally right though! The images are adorable on their own, but making them into a shaker takes them over the top! It’s so awesome!!!!
